They came exactly when they said, resolved the issue with ease. Jason was one of the nicest contractors I’ve worked with over the years! They had our heat back on within a few hours after an emergency gas leak. I would highly recommend! Thank you!

11/2/22...Our landlord called this company regarding a leak in our bathroom ceiling. A gentleman came out on 10/29/22 to access the situation. He came back today to replace the leaky pipe. Pipe has been replaced & water isn't dripping from ceiling above bathtub anymore. Much appreciated.

Mike and his assistant did an excellent job of finding the problem. It was 2 fold. The took a snake and ran it down the kitchen sink pipe but it was still backing up. They then cut the pipe Wich had the air mechanical vent attached. Once they replaced that it started working perfectly.

May 30, 2022Plumbers were friendly and helpful. Service was significantly more expensive than I expected, not sure if that was due to the parts cost or the labor cost. Replacement outdoor spigot leaked from the stem later that day. An easy thing for me to fix by simple tightening.

Mike arrived at the agreed upon time in the morning. He was friendly and courteous. He showed me the trouble with the flush of the toilet right after removing the lid. Easy peasy. He also took the wiggle out of the toilet so now it is very secure and a tight fit. Solved the problem and clean up any mess within a half hour. Very pleased with the service and with Mike.

May 30, 2022An item was flushed down the toilet by mistake. It clogged the toilet. Called Ken Herbert Plumbing. MIke was here in less than an hour. Unclogged the toilet. He was friendly, and did the job promptly. He knows what he's doing. So happy with their service. They are great!

I have used Ken Herbert Plumbing several times and they have been awesome. Last time I used them my toilet would not go down and they came out right away. When they were here I talked to the technician, Jay, about my garbage disposal. He said it needed to be replaced and he gave me the cost and also set up the appt with no problems. I used a different plumber to fix my toilet and within a week the toilet started to run again. Would call this company again when I have a plumbing issue. GREAT COMPANY AND GET TECHICIANS!

May 30, 2021I am so glad I finally decided to get my (many) plumbing issues fixed. Tree roots had fully invaded my drain pipes, old pipes were leaking and a rusty water heater needed replaced. I had never used Ken Herbert Plumbing before but read some really good reviews on HomeAdvisor and took a leap of faith. The crews (plumbers, concrete sawers and layers, etc.) were all fantastic, friendly and very professional through it all. A special thank you to Tony and Eric, who also always kept me informed and up to date. I highly recommend you give this company a call for any plumbing issues you may have. I am ecstatic and now believe I will make it through 2020 !

Tony and Guy were awesome. They were both polite and professional. I am so glad to have my new pipes in and am able to do the dishes in the sink and not my bathtub! I am no longer worried about any leaks going down into my basement. Thanks for all the help!

When I said the toilet was clogged and I only have one bathroom, they had someone here in just a couple of hours. Mike was professional and got the job done! Thanks!

May 30, 2021Had a leaky vent pipe in my wall. The vent pipe was replaced with a speedy valve and the troublesome steel pipe was cut loose in the attic. One thing I wish would have occurred is when the vent pipe in the attic was being modified the seal at the roof line was broke. This should have been part of the work in my opinion. Otherwise Tony did a great job was courteous to my family. He took the time to help troubleshoot the problem correctly.

May 30, 2021They did a very good job on running NG pipe line out to my grill. Also installed two new toilets and replaced the seals. Also installed new shut off valves on the hot and cold water supplies. Replaced the bath facets in master bedroom
